To enable this, we are offering a premium service “Credit Facility” on maintenance bills to our portfolio management clients.
As a result, whenever maintenance is necessary and after a bill is submitted, we offer an option to pay on behalf of the owner rather than the owner prepaying and having the work done. In this way, the maintenance is completed on time and the bill is then paid to La Capitale within 30 days from issuing the invoice.
