Realtor : Off-Plan Sales (Salaried)

If you’re an experienced Off-Plan Sales Realtor, with a hunger for success and uncapped commission, then apply today.

As a Realtor (Off-plan Sales Consultant); your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Selling only DAMAC property portfolio
• Generating new buyers by your own source cold/warm calling.
• Conducting market appraisals/valuations with the homeowner/landlord.
• Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings.
• Negotiating offers between both buyer and developer.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months Dubai real estate experience
• Personal car.
• Full UK, USA or Dubai driving license
• Money motivated
• To be financially independent to make the move
• Determination for success.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Outstanding telephone antiquates for cold calling
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Fluent in the English language
• A team player but also capable to work independently
