Story So Far

Real Estate in Dubai is one of the most talked about real estate stories in the world. Freehold ownership of selected developments in Dubai was opened to all nationalities in 2002. Residential and commercial projects from world class construction companies have elicited tremendous response from both nationals and expatriate buyers.

La Capitale; founding members started in Dubai real estate market prior to the global economic crises; in 2008. During the global economic crises, the properties base in Dubai saw the price correction & property prices were seen offered 40% – 50% times lowered down from the previous times. This gave the properties in Dubai yet another great jumpstart by offering great value along with the exceptional quality at one platform.

This is where it all started “March 2011”. The founding members of La Capitale have gained the hands on experience of both pre & post global economic crises and were able to guide their investors & team to invest in key locations of Dubai.

At this time La Capitale had a humble start; with a small yet efficient team of professionals. The core values of business were set and the learnings from the past was been put into practice so the future challenges can be tackled in right manner.

By end of 2011; the sales team had grown to strength of 20 sales associate; focusing on Key Areas of Dubai Real Estate Market.

By beginning of 2012; the need of new office space & new tools was felt. At that time La Capitale moved to their new office Emaar Gold & Diamond Park. Since then it has been a truly winning journey.

By 2012 mid; several business verticals were created. This enabled La Capitale to outperform their competitors; as focus better on the business & eventually deliver a better and more refined service to our clients. .

With the developing market the requirements of our clients developed further. By mid of 2013; La Capitale officially opened Joint Venture division. Focusing on “Land Sales” & Joint development between “Land owners & Developers”

By the end of 2013; Area specialization was enhanced in La Capitale; that enables our clients to get an excellent result in shortest possible time

Ensuring the every La Capitale employee is up to date with different new real estate laws; banking restrictions; different development; real market conditions & supply of new units in market; we had already set a very strong platform for the up-coming years.
